We ship all orders from our New York City warehouse. We only offer shipping within the United States, which includes the 48 contiguous US States, Hawaii and Alaska.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your order as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We operate our warehouse from New York City. Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after order is placed and payment is cleared, weekends excluded.
For expedited orders, including FedEx 2 Day Air and FedEx Overnight, the cutoff is 2PM EST, M-F. 24 hour fulfillment time may still apply.
Orders are typically shipped in a single box. In some cases we will split the order and ship items individually. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
Orders up to 10lbs will qualify for expedited shipping. This shipping service gets you your order typically in 1-3 business days once it leaves our warehouse. If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead-time before the order is shipped!
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
Most orders will be shipped USPS, however we do utilize FedEx and UPS as well.
The shipping rates are calculated by location and are quoted during checkout.
Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.
Shipping charges after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

BabyKind Market does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact BabyKind Market Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but BabyKind Market will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
